A SOME ISSUES OF ALIMONY AGREEMENT IN FAMILY LAW

 This article is aimed at examining in detail the custody and maintenance rights and custody contracts that are part of the Family Relationship, highlighting not only the legal regulation of custody but also the regulations that are already in place and 
require further consideration. The 1999 Law on the Family provides for the legal regulation of Welfare and Maintenance activities in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of Mongolia, which stipulates that the interests of the family, mothers, 
infants, and children are protected by the State and that the upbringing of children is the legal duty of every citizen. As a result, the best interests of the child are not fully reflected in the Child Protection Act, the Child Rights Act, and the Enforcement of Court Orders in relation to the type, amount, and duration of child support allowances, as well as the consequences of non-payment of child support benefits. The aim is to develop legal regulation related to parental and child support by uncovering causes and effects of roblems related to nutrition and by comparing it with innovative legal regulations in  other countries. In order to develop the study, empirical, numerical, and comparative methods were used to analyze ocuments related to "child" support within the framework of family law. The topic of the study was compared on the basis of theory and practice, and the analysis of the issues facing its implementation has been done, and proposals for legal regulation has been put forward.
