Due to the influence of globalization, unconventional consumption based on the Internet have taken the lead, and citizens have been able to search, receive, and distribute all kinds of information quickly regardless of spatiotemporality. Therefore, legal regulations should be made to protect human rights and freedoms, and the process of setting certain limits is underway in order to protect individual rights in the online environment. One of the rights guaranteed by birth as a human being is the right to be inviolable and free, including the protection of one's honor and reputation. Everyone should enjoy the right to free expression of opinions and speech, which are values of a democratic society. These rights are interconnected, interdependent, and inextricably linked.

Te paper is aimed at studying how law and legal framework for protecting human rights ensures the implementation of human rights and freedoms in the Internet environment. The research work was carried out in a broader and more comprehensive manner, using mainly scientific comparative and documentary research methods. This research work is important in identifying violations of personal honor, reputation, and business reputation in the online environment and in identifying ways to implement an effective system for monitoring information related to the prevention and suppression of violations carried out to protect these rights in the online environment.
