Abstract

 Today, in Mongolian society, there is no one who isn’t interested in poli-
tics and doesn’t represent their points of view in any political issues. At the same time,
the term “Populism” is invasively coming into politics and society.
In democratic society, everyone involves in the political activities. So there is an ur-
gent need to obtain some knowledge about this concept of «Political populism».
On the basis of above situation, in this article, we focused on including concept of
political populism, its theory, scientific explanations, its populist actions manifested in
social life and information of how politicians use it.
