Abstract

 under framework of the legal innovation, the improvement of legal environment of the law
enforcers has been developed. The legislations constituted the issues concerning to risk management of law
enforcers. however, it still needs some further improvement. any equipment and tools that are used to meet
safety and security requirement of law enforcer service shall reach internationally allowed standards moreover
it would be right step to use those equipment and tools after we collaborate with professional laboratories and
scientific institutes that are most suitable for our country’s feature and specialties on investigation and research.
everything should be based on those research work.
