Abstract

The goal of the Report exists on addressing the prosecution power,
theory, practice and some issues of law applications during the prosecutors' involvement to
the civil case procedure in the court of Mongolia. In relation with this,
1.To reflect the prosecution involvement to the civil case procedures,
comprehensively to the relevant laws,
2.To make comparative studies on the limits of prosecutors' involvement to the civil
case procedures on behalf of the state with the legal regulations in foreign countries and to
refine them in accordance with international standards,
3.To develop theoretical and methodological issues on the application of existing
laws and regulations in this area in Mongolia
4.For Mongolia, social demand or need of the prosecutors' involvement to the civil
cases and litigation procedures has been increased by comparing to those in previous
decades. It includes,
In the frame of national security of Mongolia, it is required to emphasize the
importance of protecting the territorial integrity and natural resources, the wealth of all
nation that is determined by the Constitution and the proper application of laws and
regulations,
It is required to consider and refine that the prosecutors are inevitably required to
participate for the public interest on behalf of the state on the issues related to spending
public properties.
